We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Spanish-speaking Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for a live-in case in Union, NJ.

Our client is currently transitioning from Overlook Medical Center to a short-term rehab facility in the Watchung/Cranford area, with plans to return home shortly.

This is a high-impact case where caregiver consistency and communication with the family are critical.

Responsibilities

Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting
Mobility and fall prevention support
Meal preparation (Spanish-speaking household)
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping & laundry
Companionship and emotional support

Requirements

NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) – REQUIRED
Fluent Spanish & English – REQUIRED
Live-in availability (5–7 days preferred)
Experience with post-hospital or rehab patients strongly preferred
Reliable, compassionate, and professional
