Position Overview

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care while supporting daily clinical operations and ensuring high-quality outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor resident conditions and report changes
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered LPN license in North Carolina
