Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Promote a safe, compassionate, resident-centered environment

Qualifications
• Active, Unencumbered North Carolina RN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
