  • You have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (non-negotiable)

  • You have at least 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA license not required but recognized)

  • You are able to accept work in other nearby areas

  • You are comfortable providing personal care

  • You can commit to working at least 40 hours per month

  • Support clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Plan and cook meals
