Monday through Sunday | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Position:
Male or Female CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide)

Responsibilities:

Assist with evening routines, including personal care and maintaining a safe environment
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor the client’s well-being and respond to any needs
Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

Valid CHHA certification
Reliable transportation
Caregiving experience preferred
