Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Oversee and assist CNAs in providing resident care
Maintain accurate medical records and assist with physician rounds
Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and staff
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Assist with all aspects of resident care, including wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures

Requirements:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse LPN License (Unencumbered, State of IL)
CPR Certification (Required)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (Preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
