Responsibilities (Non-medical Care Only) Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide hands-on support with mobility and transfers (gait belt; Hoyer lift experience preferred) Support clients with incontinence care and repositioning Provide care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s , offering patience, structure, and reassurance Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship Observe and report changes in condition to the office (no medical tasks) Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients If so, read on to learn more about working with SYNERGY HomeCare.
