What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assessing residents and guiding their care with intention

• Administering medications and treatments safely and confidently

• Leading and supporting CNAs & Resident Assistants

• Partnering with families (because they matter too)

• Responding to real-time needs with both skill and heart

• Bringing energy to our Pathways of Purpose program because engagement is everything

What You’ll Need:

• Active nursing license

• CPR / First Aid

• A team-first mindset

• Senior living experience is great, but not required
