Highlands Health and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Memphis, Tennessee, is seeking a caring and dependable Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our weekend nursing team.

 

This position is ideal for nurses who want a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in just two days.

 

This position is working EVERY OTHER WEEKEND -> Day Shift: Saturday, and Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Requirements:

 

  • Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
  • Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts per weekend
  • Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Job Responsibilities May Include:

 

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
  • Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed
  • Participate in audits and inspections as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns
  •  Work closely with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards
  • Act as a resource for problem-solving clinical or staffing issues
