About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the night shift, you will help ensure the safety and comfort of our residents while providing skilled nursing care during overnight hours. Key responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments per care plan
• Monitoring resident health and reporting changes to the RN or physician
• Supervising nursing assistants to maintain high-quality overnight care
• Maintaining accurate documentation and following nursing home procedures
• Upholding safety, infection control, and facility standards
• Creating a calm, reassuring environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Current, active Ohio LPN license
• CPR certification required
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
