Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate C.N.A.s to join our team at Fountain Care at Sunset Hills. As a C.N.A., you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, focusing on the physical and emotional needs of our residents. Your caring and attentive nature will help to create a warm and welcoming environment, making our residents feel valued and respected.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Participate in resident care conferences and meetings.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.

Requirements:

  • Current C.N.A. certification

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and ambulate residents
