The Unit Manager will be responsible for assisting with the oversight of the nursing staff in addition to admission evaluation and planning, discharge documentation and maintaining the highest level of resident care. Essential Job Functions: Ensure that the unit operates efficiently, meets its goals, manages resources effectively, and coordinates with other units or departments as needed. Lead staff in delivering exceptional care to residents and support to their family members. Maintain resident records according to State and Federal guidelines. Help to maintain and restore health of resident. Acts as a main point of contact between residents and their families. Addresses and assist in preventing concerns from family members.
