Job Summary:

BrightCare Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced CNA to provide high-quality care to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses in their homes. As a valued member of our team, you will provide personalized care services, including personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and companionship. If you are a dedicated caregiver who takes pride in showing up, doing excellent work, and caring deeply for others, we want you to join our elite team.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, compassionate care in our clients' homes, including personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), mobility and transfer assistance, light housekeeping, and meal prep
Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients
Caring for seniors and individuals with disabilities with dignity and respect

Requirements:

3+ years of professional caregiving experience
CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver
Positive attitude and genuine heart for service
Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, consistent
Proven history of showing up on time and not calling out
Ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting
Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
