Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Male Caregiver to provide essential support and companionship to our client. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients while promoting their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

  • Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders

  • Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming and getting in and out of bed.

  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively in an independent environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate compassionately with clients and their families.

  • Must be able to pass background checks as required by healthcare regulations.

Collaborate continuously with a Field Care Nurse (RN) to review and update care plans and address members' evolving needs. Schedule, conduct, and document quarterly in-person visits and maintain monthly contact with members by phone. Identify, arrange, and monitor support services for members, including those related to social integration, community resources, employment, housing, and other non-medical needs.
