What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations of the unit during evening hours

  • Lead and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care

  • Coordinate care plans and communicate with interdisciplinary teams

  • Ensure compliance with state and facility standards

  • Provide hands-on nursing care as needed
