CNA/HHA/CMT/Caregiver

Griswold Home Care for Prince George's County is looking to hire capable part-time/full-time CNA's, HHA's, CMT's, and Caregiver's to provide companionship and perform caregiving duties. Seeking dependable and professional caregivers for clients with the ability to assist with physical tasks. Bodily strength and stamina for assisting with personal care are strongly encouraged.

Compensation: $20 hourly

Shift available: 7:45am-10:45am Monday-Friday weekly in Clinton, MD 20735

QUALIFICATIONS:

Reliable transportation

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

2+ years of CNA or home care experience would be a plus; caring for a loved one counts!

Able to pass a background check.

Current CPR/First Aid certification

Eligible to work in US.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CNA/HHA/CMT/ caregiver, as a senior care provider you are proud to assist with daily tasks which allow our clients to live as independently as possible. They appreciate your positive attitude as you competently assess what needs to be done. Whether you’re performing light housekeeping duties, preparing meals, or grocery shopping, you approach each job with cheerful efficiency.

On occasion, you provide caregiving services to clients with cognitive impairments or dementia. Always patient and kind, you assist with non-medical tasks such as feeding and bathing. Your respectful approach allows clients to maintain their dignity as you help them maintain proper personal hygiene.

Attentive to detail, you keep a log of the duties you perform during your shift. You submit accurate documentation to ensure consistent elderly care. Reliable and conscientious, you check in with the office often, providing timely updates regarding the needs of your clients. At the end of each day, you feel a sense of pride knowing that you make a difference in the lives of seniors!

WORK SCHEDULE

This part-time or full-time caregiving position has flexible hours. Depending on the needs of our clients, there are opportunities for day or night shifts. Clients may receive as little as 4 hours of care, while others require 24-hour care.
