We are looking for a dependable and motivated Certified Nursing Restorative Aide to support residents in maintaining and improving their physical abilities and independence. You will work closely with nursing staff and therapy teams to carry out restorative care plans that improve quality of life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Assist residents with restorative programs such as: Range of Motion exercises, ambulation, transfer training, Positioning and mobility
*Encourage residents to perform daily activities independently when possible
*Assist with activities of daily living(ADLs) as needed
*Follow care plans, facility policies, and state regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
*Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
*Basic knowledge of restorative nursing principles
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
*Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents( up to 50lbs or more with assistance)
*Standing, walking, bending,and repetitive movement required
