Caregiver Part-time

Right at Home Queen Creek is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one support for seniors and adults with diverse abilities. This caregiver role helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the comfort of their own homes.

We are currently hiring for weekend premium shifts in Queen Creek and San Tan Valley, offering some premium shorter shifts at $20/hour for qualified personal care caregivers who are ready to make a difference.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care

  • Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Offer medication reminders

  • Safely assist with mobility, repositioning, transfers with gate belt and hoyer lift, and ambulation using proper techniques

  • Experience using Hoyer lifts and ability to safely assist clients who require higher levels of physical support preferred

  • Transportation to errands or appointments

  • Observe and report changes in client condition

Qualifications:

  • Prior caregiver experience

  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass background screening

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Provides for a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients by completing light housekeeping tasks including laundering of client’s garments and linens. May prepare and serve meals as directed.
