Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

  • Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.

  • Support nursing staff in providing high-quality patient care and comfort.

  • Help patients move safely, including assisting with walking and repositioning in bed.

  • Maintain a clean and safe patient environment by following infection control protocols.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical team members to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements

  • Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment and manage multiple tasks.

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.

  • Physical stamina to assist patients with mobility and perform other physical tasks.

  • Availability to work weekends and Holidays.
