Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document medical histories and symptoms accurately.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient responses and side effects.

Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and post-discharge care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless healthcare delivery.

Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in patient conditions or emergencies.

Maintain compliance with facility policy and procedures and healthcare regulations to promote patient safety.
Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of Florida.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing procedures, and healthcare protocols.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
