LPN/RN Supervisor – Evening Shift (3 PM – 11 PM)

The Greens at Gastonia is seeking an experienced LPN or RN Supervisor for the evening shift. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about clinical excellence and supporting a strong team in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
• Supervise and support day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the physician
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
• Current CPR certification
• At least one year of experience in long-term care preferred

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
