Job Summary:

Shifts Available:

2PM-10PM (shift differential)

10PM-6AM (shift differential)

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide vital sign checks and report any changes to the nursing team
Assist with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents
Help with range-of-motion exercises and provide assistance with walking and transfer
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of Texas
