Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Chestnut Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Oneonta, NY. As an LPN, you will provide hands-on nursing care, medication administration, and clinical support to our residents during evening and overnight shifts. This is a part-time opportunity with competitive pay, shift differentials, and a sign-on bonus.

Job Details:

  • Shifts: Days (6:15am-2:30pm), Evenings (2:15pm - 10:30pm), and Nights (10:15pm to 6:30am)

  • Location: Oneonta, NY

  • Rate: $28 to $37/HR (based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments

  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes

  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support team workflows

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies

Qualifications:

  • Active NYS LPN license

  • CPR certification

  • Long-term care experience preferred
