  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients

  • Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care

  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standard of care

Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of New York

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
