Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate, efficient, and compassionate care to patients in the emergency department.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including certifications and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Required Skills:
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in trauma or high-acuity emergency settings.
- Prior travel nursing experience.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Active state RN license valid for the assignment location.
- Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- PRN shifts: Days, Evening, Nights, and rotating 12’s
- Flexibility to work every other holiday and weekend rotations.
- Willingness to work in an environment with alternating 3x12 and 4x12 schedules as specified.
- Travel reimbursements and licensing/certification reimbursements as applicable.
