SYNERGY HomeCare is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Caregivers with reliable weekend availability to join our team in Charlotte. As a SYNERGY Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical, in-home care that allows clients to live safely and comfortably where they feel happiest—at home.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and social engagement

Caregiver Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Active CNA certification listed on the NC Registry

  • Current CPR certification

  • Current negative TB test

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

  • Availability to work weekend shifts
