Full-Time 1st Shift

No On-Call Requirements, No Weekend Requirements

Qualifications of an RN Unit Manager

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university,

• An active/ valid NJ (RN) Registered Nurse license; Must have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric setting as an RN.

• Minimum (1) year of experience in nursing management.

• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities of an RN Unit Manager

As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be a pivotal leader, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the efficient operation of your assigned unit.

Your comprehensive responsibilities will include:

• Individualized Patient Assessment:

• Staff, Patient, and Family Education

• Progress Tracking and Compliance

• Interdisciplinary Coordination

• Staff Supervision and Oversight

• Regular Nursing Rounds

• Compliance Assurance

• Performance Evaluation and Coaching

• Resource Management

• Conflict Resolution

• Other Duties as Assigned
