Night Shift Supervisor (LPN or RN)

CareCore at Willowood is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor (LPN or RN) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical nurse who thrives in a structured environment and is comfortable leading overnight operations while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities.

Position Summary

The Night Shift Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing operations on their assigned unit during the night shift. This role includes leadership, clinical oversight, and hands-on responsibilities, including managing a medication cart.

Schedule

Full-Time
Night Shift 6pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned unit

• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with all regulations

• Administer medications and treatments as assigned, including full med cart responsibilities

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately

• Complete documentation accurately and timely

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

• Address concerns from residents, families, and staff during shift

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio

• Previous long term care experience preferred

• Prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills

• Ability to lead a team while managing direct care responsibilities
