Highly Experience Caregiver in Montgomery

We are seeking highly experienced, compassionate caregivers to provide exceptional, client-centered care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in Montgomery and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility
Provide safe transfers, ambulation assistance, and fall‑prevention support
Assist with medication reminders and monitoring for changes in condition
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation tailored to dietary needs
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor and accurately document client care, behaviors, and condition changes
Follow individualized care plans and report concerns to supervisors or care coordinators
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment at all times

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 6+ months professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing
Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care strongly preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, transfers, and prolonged standing
Dependable transportation and valid driver license
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional demeanor

Preferred Skills & Experience

Specialized experience with hospice, mobility limitations, or chronic conditions
Comfort using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other assistive devices
Flexibility with schedules including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
