A Place At Home – Palmetto is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who truly care about the families they serve.

If you have experience helping seniors with personal care, companionship, or mobility support, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do:
Provide one-on-one care in a client's home, which may include:

  • Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting)

  • Companion care and conversation

  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Medication reminders

  • Mobility and transfer assistance

  • Supporting clients with dignity and respect

We are seeking experienced caregivers who take pride in their work.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for providing compassionate care.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to caregiving.

  • Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique needs of each client.

  • Current Level 2 background screening or willingness to obtain

  • Drug Testing required ( We provide )

  • Pass AHCA-Skills Assessment (Completed by PRN)

  • Pass the AHCA-approved competency test ( We provide )
