Requirements (Must Have)

  • Verifiable personal assist caregiver experience

    - Two professional references/One personal reference

  • Reliable transportation & current auto insurance

  • Ability to pass background, EMR, and drug screenings

- Preferred:

  • Memory care experience

  • Transfer equipment experience (gait belt, Hoyer, etc.)
