Summary:
Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a reliable and compassionate Activity Aide to join our dynamic team! As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and implementing recreational activities, providing assistance with daily living tasks, and promoting a sense of community and socialization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement daily activity programs, including recreational, educational, and social activities
Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, as needed
Promote a sense of community and socialization among residents through group activities and events
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and collaboration
Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding residents' physical or emotional well-being
Maintain accurate records of resident activities, attendance, and progress

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
