Key Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Home Care Aide, you will be an essential part of our team, providing personalized support to clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):

  • Helping clients move around their home safely (transfers, ambulation, etc.)

  • Assisting with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving)

  • Providing medication reminders and supporting prescribed range-of-motion exercises

• Light Housekeeping:

  • Performing general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and laundry

  • Changing bed linens and cleaning the bathroom

• Meal Preparation:

  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks according to client needs

• Accompanying Clients:

  • Assisting with errands, appointments, and transportation needs

• Providing Companionship:

  • Engaging in meaningful activities like reading, music, or puzzles to foster emotional well-being

Qualifications and Skills:

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others. The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate (preferred)

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform job duties

• A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• CNA license or Home Care Aide certification (preferred)

• Full availability (ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends)
