Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
Location: Bronx, NY

A reputable skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in the Bronx is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee and lead clinical operations within a designated unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff within the assigned unit

  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures

  • Provide clinical leadership by mentoring and guiding nursing team members

  • Maintain high standards of resident care while ensuring regulatory compliance

  • Review resident records and monitor overall quality of care

  • Manage unit operations and oversee individual resident cases

  • Address resident and family concerns with professionalism and care

  • Act as a liaison between unit staff and senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Active New York State RN License (required)

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Long-Term Care preferred

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse preferred

  • Strong computer skills

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
