As an RN Field Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You’ll conduct field visits, supervise and mentor home care staff, evaluate patient needs, and ensure compliance with care plans and agency policies. Your clinical expertise and guidance will help promote quality outcomes and patient satisfaction across our community.

Requirements to Join:
• Valid NYS RN Registered Nurse License
• Relevant Nursing Experience (home care or supervisory experience preferred)
• Eligibility to work in the United States

•Respiratory Experience. (Ventilator, Trach, Feeding Tube)

• Must have a car.

• Available for full borough coverage.
