Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staffing needs with the healthcare team to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage
• Schedule shifts for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime
• Maintain accurate records of staffing schedules, attendance, and time off requests
• Communicate with staff members regarding scheduling changes, vacations, and other important information
• Resolve staffing conflicts and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes

Staffing Coordinator Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant CNA certification in the state of Georgia
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a coordinator or leadership role
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
