A reputable skilled nursing facility is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys leadership, autonomy, and a fast-paced clinical environment.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Supervise CNAs, LPNs, and nursing staff during overnight hours

  • Serve as the clinical leader and decision-maker on shift

  • Ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance

  • Conduct rounds and monitor resident conditions

  • Respond to changes in condition and emergencies

  • Support staff, delegate assignments, and problem-solve in real time

  • Complete documentation and communicate with leadership team

Qualifications

  • Active RN license (in good standing)

  • Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred

  • Prior RN Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or leadership experience strongly preferred

  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work independently overnight
