Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistant CNA to join our team at Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. As a Restorative Nursing Assistant CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients in a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist patients with meals and snacks, and encourage independence with eating and drinking

  • Participate in restorative nursing programs, including exercises, stretching, and other activities designed to improve patient function and mobility

  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition, including vital signs and other indicators of health status

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including nurses, therapists, and physicians, to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

  • CNA certification (in-state or nationally recognized)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0 years of experience as a CNA (new graduates welcome to apply)

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with due care and caution

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and team members

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs
