What You’ll Do:

Safe Travels: Provide door-to-through-door transportation for residents using our community vehicles, ensuring they arrive at medical appointments or social outings on time and safely.
Compassionate Care: When not on the road, you’ll serve as a CNA on the floor, assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining the high standards of care Norwood Crossing is known for.
Relationship Building: Be the friendly face who makes every trip a pleasant experience, providing companionship and support during transit.
Vehicle Oversight: Keep our "chariots" in tip-top shape by performing basic safety checks and ensuring the interior remains clean and welcoming.

Certification: Must hold a valid Illinois CNA license in good standing.
