This night-shift Registered Nurse (RN) in North Colorado Region assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. As a Float RN, you will optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. As an RN team member with Mercy Hospital, you will be joining a team of nurses who demonstrates personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel all hospitals assigned within that zone.
Hospital facilities included in the Regional Zone: St. Anthony Hospital (Lakewood), St. Anthony North (Westminster), Ortho Colorado (Lakewood), and Longmont United (Longmont).
