Requirements

Education, Training or Certifications Required:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Graduate of a CCMA, RMA or CMA program, with national CCMA, RMA or CMA certification.
  3. BLS certification.

Experience Required:

  1. Experience in customer service.
  2. Medical office experience preferred.

Special Requirements:

  1. Emotional maturity and good people skills required.
  2. Ability to work with distressed or anxious patients or family members required.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing/variety of different employees.
