As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for:

Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Education Requirements

Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement

Licenses/Certification Requirements

Currently we provide 10 different specialties including trauma, ortho, general, bariatric, ENT, plastics, urology, GYN, interventional pain, and more. Our skilled team is cross trained for all specialties allowing for an increased knowledge base of surgical procedures and the ability to cover any patient care needs. Two of our labor rooms are specially equipped as natural birthing suites for mothers choosing unmedicated deliveries. Following birth, mothers and babies transition to postpartum/well-baby care, where couplet care is encouraged to keep families together. We occasionally support GYN and Med-Surg overflow patients, adding diversity to our care.
