The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to serve as an independent contractor in a 1099 position.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable

  • Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

  • Support activities of daily living

  • Maintain clear, timely documentation

  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families

  • Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.

  • Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

  • Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.

  • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Provides treatments to residents per physician orders. Observes residents reactions to medications and treatments. Ensures proper handling and storage of medications and controlled substances. Observes, records and reports all services provided. Change in resident’s condition will be reported to supervisor and attending physician. Signs off that medication and treatments were given/provided, as required by policy. Maintains resident’s medical record by way of documentation, as required by policy.
