What You’ll Do:
Oversee the facility’s infection prevention and control program
Lead onboarding and orientation for all clinical staff
Plan and deliver ongoing education and in-services for nursing staff
Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop competency programs
Monitor staff compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
Serve as a resource and mentor to promote clinical excellence

What We’re Looking For:

Current Washington RN or LPN license in good standing
Prior experience in infection control and/or clinical education preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Knowledge of CMS, CDC, and DOH guidelines for infection control
Ability to inspire, lead, and grow your team
