Key Responsibilities

  • Dignified Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance (turning, positioning, and ambulation), with a focus on resident comfort.

  • Vigilant Observation: Utilize your experience to monitor residents for subtle changes in condition and report findings promptly to the nursing leadership team.

  • Environment Management: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within resident living spaces to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.

  • Accurate Record-Keeping: Ensure all digital charting, reports, and records are completed accurately and in a timely manner using the facility's documentation system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Experience: 2+ years of active experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

  • Certification: Must hold an Active WI CNA Certification in good standing.

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge for electronic health records (EHR).

  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to work independently or lead as part of a collaborative group.

  • Background: Must be compliant with all state healthcare worker background check requirements.
