This role involves collaboration with physicians, nursing, and support staff to ensure high-quality care, efficient workflow, and a positive patient experience in a fast-paced setting.

Medical coverage on your 1st day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!  

Requirements:

BLS/CPR Certification

Current and unrestricted state license in Indiana as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience as an NP or PA strongly preferred.

Prior experience in occupational medicine preferred.
