Maintains a safe and clean environment for patients, coworkers and guests Complies with organizational and regulatory policies for handling confidential patient information. Perform other duties as requested. Position Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant certification required. Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant certification. AHA BLS certification required. 1+ years of related work experience preferred. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Intermediate proficiency with computers is required. Comprehensive nursing assistant skills. Ability to provide compassionate care. Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. Promotes culture of safety for patients and employees through proper identification, reporting, documentation, and prevention. Attends assigned mandatory trainings/in-services.
