Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Tarboro, North Carolina

Job Summary:

At Windsor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we recognize the importance of our staff in providing top-notch care for all those under our roof. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide supervision of staff and safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of all residents under your care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist with the care of residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

  • Monitor and record resident status, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor or physician

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support

  • Provide education and training to staff members as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse

  • LTC/SNF experience preferred
