Pay Rate

  • CNA Rates $17.50- $19.75 (based on experience)
  • GNA Rates $20.00 - $21.00 (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Nursing Assistants (CNA/GNA) are responsible for providing direct care to our patients in accordance with policies and procedures and as directed by the Director of Nursing.

 

Qualifications

Schedule & Availability

  • Full Time, Part-Time and PRN Hours

  • Days, Evenings and Nights 

  • Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

Requirements

  • Maryland CNA/GNA license or active CNA required, willing to get GNA license 
  • BLS certification required 
  • Compassionate, patient-focused personality

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred but not required

In alignment with our mission to enhance the quality of life for the residents we serve, this role is responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of engaging programs that support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being. CNA / Care Partner - Part Time

$20 / hour
*Starting pay is $20 / hour! *We have 7 Part-Time/PRN openings, with the following shift availability: 7am-3pm every other weekend, 3pm-11pm every other weekend, and 11pm-7am every other weekend! The CNA Care Partner will provide assistance with daily living activities for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia. You may be required to respond to emergency calls and situations, document and report care provided, and transport residents to various functions or locations. Familiarity with Alzheimer's/Dementia, and a willingness to work with the elderly population is essential for this role. Respond to emergency calls, resident/visitor’s requests and correct environment hazards in a timely, appropriate and safe manner. Observe community policies and procedures regarding resident and team member safety, attendance, timeliness, house rules, teamwork, and resident service. Maintain professionalism and resident confidentiality at all times. Adhere to all Infection Prevention, OSHA, fire and safety regulations at all times, to ensure the safety and well-being of all community residents. Perform all other duties as requested. Education Requirements: Must possess current CNA certification. Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state. Must be willing to obtain and/or maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.
