Job Summary:

Touching Hearts at Home- NJ is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide to join our team! As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will provide exceptional care and companionship to our elderly clients in their homes. This is an IMMEDIATE OPENING with weekend hours from 8 am - 5 pm, with additional opportunities midweek in Elizabeth and Bloomfield.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to clients
Assist with daily activities of living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Offer emotional support and friendship to clients
Work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
